Hi, I’m Katrina, a CMA-accredited Sound Healing Practitioner. Like many people, I’ve always had a busy mind, and found that traditional meditation practices didn’t always work for me. Then, I experienced my first sound bath - and something shifted.
For the first time, I reached a state of deep relaxation that wasn’t just stillness or sleep, but something in between - a place where my mind could truly let go. I found myself gaining new insights, experiencing profound shifts, and traveling to incredible places within my consciousness, all through the power of sound.
I now hold sound healing events to help others access this state of deep relaxation, clarity, and transformation. Using a variety of carefully chosen instruments, I create immersive soundscapes designed to clear energy blocks, soothe the nervous system, and guide you into a restorative, meditative state.

Bring a mat, blanket, or anything that makes you feel cosy. You’ll be invited to relax, close your eyes, and let the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you - there’s no right or wrong way to experience it.
